Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
- Return and Refund must be requested in writing by contacting email@example.com within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be returned to agorasto immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting firstname.lastname@example.org as directed in step 1.
- The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in agorasto sole, reasonable discretion.
- If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All sale & promotional Items are final and are not eligible for Return & Exchange.
Refunds (if Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
